PURPOSEThis role is responsible for the effective execution of rewards and benefits programs and budget planning to ensure alignment with organizational policies and operational goals. The jobholder is in charge of all HR governance activities and lead HR projects. The jobholder is responsible for all data analytics and supports management with insights for decision-making. The jobholder serves as a key contact point for all internal HR systems. Be the key contact support for Expats (visa and work permit, TRC, relocation support, tax services etc.). Other tasks as assigned.KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES- Responsible for annual pay review and off-cycle pay review and promotion- In charge of annual salary /benefits surveys- Responsible for budget planning and cost analysis to the management- Responsible for employee benefit management, including expat benefit and support the review / renew of benefit scheme (i.e.: medical insurance scheme, annual health check-up, care programs for staff from time to time)- Analysis data and insights to report to the management- Be HR systems (HR Payroll system / iHR / HR Chatbot, recognition applications…) administrator and HR related projects including system- In charge of HR Governance activities and working with relevant government authorities- Data and insights analytics- In coordination with venders to support expats in relocating/ repatriating, tax declaration services during their Vietnam secondment- Support line manager with proposing / reviewing Trade Union scheme, monthly PIT declaration and PIT finalization and monthly payroll (if required)

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• A degree holder• At least 5-7 years relevant experience in HR’s field• Having experience in salary surveys and job matching / job evaluation are an advantage• Independent with good interpersonal and communication skills (both English & Vietnamese)• Have good knowledge about Vietnam labour laws, PIT and regulations• Have ability to handle a large number of data• Have experiences with HR systems• Time management• Logical thinking and ability to work under pressure• Proficient in Microsoft Office
