Job Brief• We are looking for an Senior Manual Test/ Test Lead to join our testing team for new Banking project. Responsibilities• Managing manual testing teams;• Managing testing project performance, related to time line, quality, resource…• Hiring new members, developing testing resources and training new comers• Performing the testing activities, working closely with the customers;• Identifying areas of improvement to drive the quality of the products

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• At least 04 years of working experience in manual testing; Must have experience in Banking domain.• Understanding about Web application, Window application and Mobile application testing;• Experience in various test phases (integration, system, UAT) and production support• Working experience in creating test documentation (Test Plan, Test Strategy, Test Report, extended test metrics)• Ability to select a test strategy appropriate to the specifics of the project and customer requirements• Good knowledge about software development process, especially software testing process;• Passion, proactive with high responsibility;• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
