Along with our business expansion in Vietnam, we are looking for suitable, qualified candidates for the following positions at our offices in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi.Job Description1. Event planning and managementDevelopment of Annual Training Events- Collaborate with APAC MSA, NGO members, and medical societies to plan annual NGOs training events for HCPs utilizing the company’s products.- Propose and obtain approval from direct/general managers for the company's annual educational training programs/events initiated by the MSA team.- Engage with target hospitals and healthcare professionals (HCPs) to obtain consensus and proceed with event planning.Execution of Training Events- Collaborate with hospitals and relevant stakeholders to complete the necessary paperwork required for organizing events.- Coordinate with internal teams (Clinical Application, Engineering, Warehouse) to ensure the availability of equipment and consumables for live demonstrations and hands-on sessions.- Assign duty rosters for internal team members supporting on-site during the events.- Oversee logistical arrangements, including venue setup, equipment transport, and the required materials for training sessions.Performance Monitoring of Training Events- Define and track KPIs/KGIs to quantitatively measure the effectiveness of training events, ensuring alignment with the MSA team's and organizational objectives.- Conduct post-event evaluations, prepare reports, and provide insights and improvement suggestions to section/department managers.Performance Monitoring of Training Events- Define and track KPIs/KGIs to quantitatively measure the effectiveness of training events, ensuring alignment with the MSA team's and organizational objectives.- Conduct post-event evaluations, prepare reports, and provide insights and improvement suggestions to section/department managers.Stakeholder Engagement- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, including hospitals, medical societies, HCPs, distributors and internal departments, APAC MSA colleagues to ensure smooth event execution.- Provide guidance and support to internal teams and external partners involved in training events.Continuous Improvement- Identify areas for improvement and propose actionable solutions to enhance future training programs.- Stay updated with market trends and training needs to ensure events remain relevant and effective.- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all training activities.2. Market ExplorationData Collection:- Collect data on customer needs and training gaps.- Engage with HCPs to gather their demands/insights and understand their challenges.- Regularly visit hospitals and observe live procedures (OPD) performed by doctors to assess their practice levels, expertise, and difficulties, gaining a comprehensive view of market practices.Needs/Issues Identification: Based on the collected data, identify the training needs of different hospitals and HCP groups, recognize skill gaps to develop targeted training solutions that align with market demands and the company's strategies.Plan Development for Events: Based on the insights and hypotheses derived from data analysis, set objectives, identify target trainees, design tailored programs, select appropriate trainers, and establish metrics (KPIs/KGIs) to measure effectiveness.3. Material developmentDevelop materials (poster, text books...) for MSA purpose- Assess market demand for procedure-related posters and textbooks.- Propose ideas and obtain managerial approval to secure the budget for material development.- Collaborate with HCPs and agencies to create and develop the necessary materials.4. ReportingSubmit reports to Section Manager/Department Manager as assigned.5. Marketing supportCollaborate with MKT team, Solution team, Service team to support MKT initiatives/congress, ensuring the success of events.6. TrainingBased on the set KPIs/KGIs and the manager's assignments, share expertise, provide mentorship, and deliver training to junior members (including newcomers and existing junior staff) to enhance their capabilities and strengthen the MSA team’s performance.7. OthersOther tasked assigned by MSA Section Manager/MSA Department Manager/Medical Division General Manager

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's Degree (A background in pharmaceuticals is a plus)- Moderate understanding of the medical device market.- 02 or more years of experience in the medical field (experience in endoscopy, laparoscopy, MKT, or medical affairs is a plus).- Communication skill- Problem-Solving skill- Self-Management & Goal Orientation- Presentation skill- Fluently speaking in English (TOEIC700)- Computer's skill (Word, Excel, PPT)- Ho Chi Minh Office, with frequent business trips to Hanoi, Hue, Da Nang, and other provinces (approximately 2 times per month).
