Senior Marketing Executive

1. Marketing Project Management (70%) Assist the Marketing Manager in planning and executing the Marketing Project Plan to achieve both business and marketing objectives. Coordinate and lead internal teams and external partners to deliver monthly, occasional, and key campaigns, as well as launch new products and services, ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard. Collaborate with the marketing team and agencies to implement end-to-end marketing activities, including ATL (Above the Line) and BTL (Below the Line) initiatives, to meet business and marketing goals. Partner with the Creative/Design team to develop impactful artwork for all marketing campaigns. Monitor, analyze, and assess market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Track project budgets and assist with processing related paperwork. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports. Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager. 2. Trade Marketing (30%) Collaborate closely with the Procurement and Operations Departments to ensure the effective implementation of POSM (Point of Sale Materials) in the field. Work with the Procurement Department to produce branded items and merchandise for marketing campaigns.
