Senior Marketing Executive

• Conduct market research and analyze consumers' - shoppers’ insights, and competitors' movements.• Analyze brand positioning and constraints.• Build marketing strategies, plans, and processes. Conduct marketing campaigns, activities, and communication to improve revenue and build brand values.• Cooperate with the sales team to build effective trade marketing policies and campaigns.• Cooperate with the e-commerce team to support push sales and conduct media campaigns.• Research and present new product ideas to the R&D team. Manage packaging design and printing.• Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions.• Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications, and sales estimates.• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs.• Oversee trends and ongoing marketing and advertising activities.• Ensure the result aligns with the company brand’s direction, choices, and tactics.
