The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and screening suppliers to find the best match for our operational and financial requirements. The candidate will also negotiate and execute projects and programs based on company objectives.Responsibilities- Analysing a category using key performance indicators to make assortment recommendations- Building a dynamic vendor matrix across Asia- Demonstrating sourcing expertise in complex categories to positively influence quality and sourcing decisions- Leading negotiations with vendors- Providing coaching and mentoring to other team members

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Degree holder in Business Management or Marketing• At least 10 years of practical experience in sourcing and merchandising• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Strong analytical, planning, presentation and negotiation skills • Good systems skills including Excel and Access • Self-motivated, independent as well as being able to work as a team• Ability to work in a time sensitive environment and be results driven • Proficient in both written and spoken English • Ability to travel frequently Personal data collected will be used for recruitment purposes only.
