(Senior/Middle) QA Engineer

We are seeking a QA Engineer with a strong background in automation—particularly with JMeter —to help us ensure the highest level of quality across our product suite. This role will focus on developing robust testing strategies, automating functional tests, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to uphold our commitment to secure and scalable solutions.  Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases across functional and integration testing.Develop and optimize automated scripts using JMeter, capable of reading Java code, and any other automation tools.Execute manual and automated testing, including regression, functional, UI, and API testing.Utilize and help refine Aperia’s test frameworks for Functional Automation, Security, and Penetration Testing.Analyze and translate user stories and business requirements into detailed test scenarios and scripts.Ensure thorough test coverage while balancing time constraints and business priorities.Select, recommend, and support tools such as Postman, database testing, and log analysis tools (e.g., Splunk) for end-to-end validation.Mentor junior QA engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Functional Responsibilities Conduct and lead regression testing based on impact analysis.Manage priorities and multitask across multiple projects while maintaining high attention to detail.Promote adherence to Agile, Scrum, TDD, BDD, and other best practices in software development and testing.Communicate effectively through Teams, SharePoint, GitHub, and other collaborative platforms.
