Job Title: Senior Partnership Specialist - Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL)Department: Partnership Development/Business DepartmentReports To: Partnerships Manager/ DirectorJob Summary:The Senior Partnership Specialist will be responsible for building and managing strategic partnerships to expand the reach and growth of our BNPL services. This role involves identifying and developing relationships with key partners, negotiating agreements, and driving revenue growth through successful partnerships.Key Responsibilities:• Partnership Development: o Identify and research potential partners in e-commerce, retail, online services, and related industries.o Build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives at partner organizations.o Negotiate and execute partnership agreements that are mutually beneficial.• Partnership Management: o Manage and nurture existing partner relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration.o Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnership programs and propose improvements.o Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the partnership.o Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure successful implementation of partnership programs.o Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.
