RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY
Performance Marketing Operation
- Implement and optimize the effectiveness of running ads for each campaign.
- Coordinate with related departments to exceed the business profit target.
- Prepare weekly / monthly / quarterly reports to analyze and measure advertising performance.
- Conceptualize, setup, launch and optimize new SEM campaigns
Marketing Research, Standardization and Optimization
- Keyword research and SEO consulting for relevant professional teams to ensure input quality for ads campaigns.
- Research and implement other advertising tactics (besides SEM) to help increase the efficiency of ads campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make informed decisions using data
- Proficient in data analytics tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Data Studio
- Proficient in SEO and SEM tactics and able to create effective performance marketing plans
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work cross-functionally and collaborate with teams across the organization
- Good English and comfortable interacting in a multinational team.
Experience
- 3-4 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on e-commerce
- Experience in performance marketing, specifically with PPC channels (Google, Coc Coc, etc.) and knowledge of SEO
