We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer (PHP) to join a long-term enterprise project, working on large-scale ERP and finance systems.You don’t need to be an SAP expert — experience working with complex systems, ERP platforms, or large enterprise projects is highly valued. Prior exposure to SAP or similar systems is a strong plus. IMPORTANT NOTES:English Proficiency: C1 level or above.Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP): A strong advantage. Candidates with experience in large, complex enterprise projects are also highly valued.Work Location: Open to candidates based in Vietnam and Thailand.Hybrid work from our offices in Bangkok, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City.Remote work for candidates based in Ha Noi or Can Tho.>>> Priority will be given to candidates who best match the role requirements and project needs. Hiring Process:Application > CV Screening > HR Discussion > Technical Interview > Test > Client Interview > Offer What You’ll DoDesign and implement backend integrations between PHP systems and enterprise platforms (SAP S/4HANA).Migrate and decommission custom finance logic in favor of SAP-standard processes.Lead complex, migration-heavy integration initiatives with a high degree of independence and ownership.Ensure data correctness, auditability, and resilience (idempotency, retries, observability).Collaborate closely with the SAP Product Owner / Technical Project Lead and Staff Engineers, clearly communicating technical decisions and trade-offs in English.Document integration patterns and migration decisions for long-term ownership.

Strong senior-level backend experience with PHP in complex, distributed systems.Solid experience building system integrations (APIs, async/event-driven patterns).Experience integrating ERP or finance systems (SAP is a strong plus).Strong English communication skills (equivalent to C1 - C2 level; real communication ability matters more than certificates).High level of independence, proactiveness, and ownership in driving integration and migration work.Structured, pragmatic, and quality-driven mindset; comfortable with ambiguity and migration work.
