Responsibility 1: Key values items implement (KVI)- Work with Store on actual competitor price. Crosscheck the accurate price that provided by Store via both images of Store and other sources (websites, apps, ...)- Compare the sale price of Lotte with Competitor and work with Merchandisers to give the competed price, adjust new price on systems weekly- Establish and update KVI list monthlyResponsibility 2: In-store promotion (ISP)- Support Merchandisers to check their ISP request based on the inventory, historical net sale and profit data in order to guarantee the performance of products- Upload data and update the automatic template to support Merchandisers building up the ISP event - Report the impact of ISP events monthly and compare with the previous estimation to improve on next timeResponsibility 3: Promotion Report- Collect internal data, build up the promotion data in order to report the promotion effectiveness and evaluate the impact on the sale performance
