Effectively allocate workload and manage performance of team members in conducting User Acceptance Tests (UAT) and troubleshoot / resolve product issues.
Manage communication channels regarding product changes, updates, and issue escalations between internal and external teams.
Identify potential critical system problems through early signs, quickly gauge the business impact of issues to prioritize resolutions effectively and take proactive measures
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. Propose mitigation plans or temporary solutions while awaiting issue resolution.
Stay informed about market trends, user behaviors, and product features to drive continuous improvement and innovation in product operations.
Design, implement, and refine product operation standards and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency across all workflows.
Support the development and maintenance of product documentation, training materials, and operational tools.
Provide insights, risk assessments, and value analysis on current product processes, adapting to business requirements by analyzing and bridging gaps in existing procedures.
Coach and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Assist the team leader in other tasks as assigned.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
2+ years of experience in tech and/or e-commerce companies, preferably in Quality Assurance, Process Management, Customer Service or Product Operations as a team leader of at least 10 members.
Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and product issue troubleshooting is highly desirable.
Display a strong business sense, data-driven decision-making, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues effectively.
Excellent time management and task management skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
