Senior Product Manager

And to take it further, we need to find our best teammates! We're looking for a passionate Senior Product Manager to grow our product, as well as coordinate with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure.   Building a product is a highly collaborative effort, and as such, a strong team player with a commitment to perfection is desired. Responsibilities:  Work with the CEO and Group Product Manager to define the product vision, strategy & roadmap for assigned product areas.  Leads strategic initiatives across some product areas or features that directly contribute to the company’s long-term vision.  Leads customer feedback initiatives across some product areas, ensuring that feedback is systematically incorporated into decision-making processes.  Leads UX improvements across some product areas, ensuring a consistent, cohesive, and intuitive experience for users.  Regularly uses data, market research and industry best practices to inform product decisions and prioritization, ensuring that metrics are tied to key business outcomes.  Leads scrum-teams backlog and the delivery of complex features or product areas, balancing scope and quality against delivery timelines.  Leads the development of feature specifications for complex and strategic initiatives. Engages stakeholders early to align on scope and execution while ensuring even edge cases are addressed.  Work with front-line stakeholders (business owners, customer success teams) in (some) client projects to drive expectations and get requirements.
