Senior Product Owner (Agile, Scrum)

We are seeking talented and highly motivated individuals to join our team and help us shape the future of B2B.Job description Lead a BA to develop a platform on an end to end basis: Research, analysis, design, validate with potential users, follow up and do acceptance tests of the products.Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements from clients and users.Product Documentation: Translate business needs and stakeholders’ requests into detailed PRD, Wireframing or crafting User Stories, Use Cases, Diagrams for the development team.Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and understand market needs, to ensure clear understanding between the development team and stakeholders by bridging communication gaps.Validation For Testing: Work closely with the QC team to validate that product deliverable meets the business requirements, assisting in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensuring quality deliverables.Backlog Management: Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog in JIRA (or other Agile tools) to ensure the team works on the highest priority features.Planning and Execution: Actively participate in sprint planning (Scrum) with Agile mindset, providing clear acceptance criteria for user stories, and ensuring the development team understands the requirements.Product Deliverable: Ensure the product delivers a high-quality user experience by collaborating with UX/UI designers and ensuring the development team builds to specs. Have a keen mindset about quality of deliverables.Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement by analyzing performance data, gathering feedback, and identifying opportunities to enhance the product.
