About the RoleWe are scaling a multi-product ecosystem (Buyer/Seller apps, ERP, Supplier Portal, and AI-driven experiences). Our products are transitioning from fast delivery mode into a strong discovery + experimentation + outcome-driven model.We’re looking for a Senior Product Owner who is excited to shape product direction, establish product discovery practice, and build meaningful features that directly impact millions of users.In this role, you will own one major product stream (Buyer, Seller, or AI) and help elevate the product culture while working with a fast-paced, highly motivated team.You will report directly to the Product Manager and collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data teams.What You’ll DoCollaborate with the Leader & BOD to define and manage product roadmaps that align with business goals and strategies.Convert business priorities into measurable outcomes tied to user value and business impact.Drive prioritization based on customer insight, feasibility, and strategic value.Lead structured discovery cycles: problem framing, user research, insight synthesis, prototype testing, and validation.Run product experiments such as A/B testing, prototype evaluation, or feature flag rollouts.Translate validated concepts into PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable success metrics.Support backlog refinement, execution readiness, and post-launch evaluation.Monitor product health using key metrics (funnels, retention, CR, adoption, seller activation, ARPU).Turn data insights into decisions and track results to learn continuously.Mentor Junior and Fresher POs to develop product thinking, execution discipline, and discovery capability.Help build internal standards, product rituals, and playbooks as part of a scaling product organization.

What We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related fields4 –7 years of Product Owner / Product Management experience.Experience delivering products across MVP → Growth → Scale stages.Strong analytical foundation (GA4, SQL, or equivalent).Experience facilitating research, customer interviews, usability testing, or insight synthesis.Strong communication and alignment skills with cross-functional stakeholders.Familiarity with Agile at scale: Scrum, dual-track, or continuous discovery.Bonus PointsExperience in e-commerce, fintech, SaaS, or marketplace environments.Background in AI products, conversational interface, or recommendation systems.Experience with experimentation frameworks (feature flags, rollout systems, or optimization loops).
