The Embassy of Australia in Hanoi is looking for a talented and energetic individual to fulfil the position of Senior Program Manager (Human Resources Development) (LE5). A merit list from this recruitment exercise may be used to fill similar positions over the next 18 months from the date of advertisement.Working for the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, the Senior Program Manager (Human Resources Development) oversees the contractual and financial management of the $90 million Aus4Skills investment and provides support on scholarships and monitoring and evaluation of the Aus4Skills program and other DFAT Human Resource Development (HRD) initiatives to ensure these programs achieve their intended outcomes and align with the bilateral strategic priorities. The successful candidate will play a key role in achieving objectives of the Australia-Vietnam Comprehensive Strategic Partnership (CSP) against Pillar 3 - Building Knowledge and Connecting People and implementation of the Australia-Vietnam Development Partnership Plan (DPP).Applicants should have demonstrated experience in financial and contract management, managing risk and monitoring evaluation and learning, as well as logistical support, including arrangements for program visits, meetings, workshops, managing databases, documents and records, as well as ability to communicate effectively and professionally with government, managing contractors and other relevant stakeholders. They should have strong relationship building skills and the ability to develop and maintain effective internal and external relationships, partnerships and networks.

The Embassy will consider flexible work arrangements. The full-time monthly gross salary ranges from VND 50,981,623 to VND 57,380,266 , depending on skills and experience.
