Our projects included a wide range of domains, including seasonal campaigns, new product development, and internal process improvements. Additionally, the Senior Project Manager is tasked with researching and developing Neyu’s new business opportunities. Your role will require a meticulous approach to project management, strong organizational skills, and the ability to drive projects to successful completion. Detail:
Project Management:
Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring timely delivery within defined scopes and resources. - - -
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project alignment and successful execution.
Operational Activities:
Oversee and optimize operational activities related to ongoing projects.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Provide regular status updates, reports, and presentations to senior management.
Business Development:
Conduct market research and analysis to launch new business.
Main in charge of the development and implementation of strategic business plans.
Collaborate with senior management to set up new business ventures..
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Master’s degree is preferred.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
Strong understanding of both technical and non-technical project management methodologies.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
