It is a philosophy, a way of thinking, a way of being — a compass for life and work in a changing world. About The Product:The core product of AI+DI is a digital companion — always by the side of each individual and organization, anytime and anywhere — helping them understand themselves, unlock their potential, and make decisions grounded in a balance of reason, emotion, and the natural laws. From this foundation, we are building the AI+DI ecosystem of Divine Intelligence, where every digital tool exists to serve the harmonious development of both human beings and the world they live in. AIDI means Awakening Inner Depths Intelligently and Aligning Intellect by Divine IntelligenceWhat You Will Do: • Manage the entire project lifecycle: planning, execution, tracking, and ensuring deliverywithin scope, time, and quality.• Act as Scrum Master: facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, sprintreviews, retrospectives).• Coordinate across Product Owner, Business Analyst, Engineering, QA, and AI/DataTeams to achieve project goals.• Oversee budget, resources, risks, dependencies, and conflicts throughout the project.• Ensure clear, transparent communication with stakeholders and provide regularprogress reports.• Track and measure business value delivered, partnering with the Product Owner to optimizeROI.• Provide basic business analysis support (gathering, clarifying, validating requirements)to ensure smooth delivery.• Drive continuous improvement in processes, tools, and team performance.• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR,HIPAA).• Support change management to help teams and users adapt to new processes andtechnologies.
