As a Senior Project Manager/ Senior Delivery Manager for Global Customers, you will be a critical leader in our Vietnam delivery organization.You will be responsible for commercial success and end-to-end delivery of large, complex IT programs focused on Microsoft technologies and Enterprise application development for our international clientele.This role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record of successful program execution, strong customer engagement skills, and the ability to drive both project success and strategic growth through delivery excellence.You will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders across multiple geographies, and ensure the successful achievement of program objectives while contributing to the overall growth and reputation of our company.Your Main Responsibilities• Strategic Planning: Define program scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with global clients and internal stakeholders. Develop comprehensive program plans, roadmaps, and resource allocation strategies.• Execution Leadership: Lead and oversee the execution of all program phases, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring adherence to methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues. Develop contingency plans and escalation strategies to minimize impact on schedule, budget, and quality.• Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations and industry standards. Implement and enforce quality assurance processes throughout the program lifecycle.• Budget & Schedule Management: Manage program budgets, forecasts, and schedules effectively, ensuring projects are delivered within agreed-upon financial and timeline constraints. Report on financial performance and project progress regularly.• Technology Leadership: Possess a strong understanding of Microsoft technologies (Azure, .NET, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, etc.) and application development best practices. Guide technical teams and ensure alignment with architectural principles.• Customer Satisfaction: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with global customers. Proactively identify customer needs and pain points, acting as a strategic advisor.• Opportunity Identification: Continuously look for opportunities to expand existing engagements and identify new business potential by demonstrating value, showcasing capabilities, and understanding customer roadmaps.• Proactive Solutions: Propose innovative solutions and value-added services that align with customer goals and company capabilities.• Thought Leadership: Contribute to white papers, case studies, and presentations to showcase delivery successes and industry expertise.• Customer Relationship: Serve as the primary point of contact for global clients, managing expectations, communicating progress, and resolving escalations effectively.

QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA is a plus.Experience• Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in IT project/program management, with at least 5 years in Program Manager role.• Extensive professional leadership experience in the IT or Software industry, with a strong focus on both technology and business. Proven track record of: • Leading and developing teams in an agile environment. • Driving change management initiatives. • Creating business value through understanding customer needs and implementing relevant IT solutions. • Managing customer relations and projects within an Enterprise IT Products and Services environment. • Developing and implementing mid- to long-term strategic visions. • Engaging in senior executive-level stakeholder management.Skills• Strong customer focus.• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.• Passion for technology and networking.• Proven ability to lead and motivate in a non-hierarchical manner.• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on maximizing business value.• Effective prioritization skills in resource-constrained environments.• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).• Familiarity with DevOps principles and tools.• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project).• Solid understanding of architectural principles and software design patterns.Languages: Business fluent in written and spoken English. German is a plus.Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe) are highly desirable.
