Senior Purchasing Specialist

Purpose of Position:• To develope and maintain the relationships with suppliers, choose long-term and stable partners to ensure the best quality and price.• To plan buying material for production, to control the procurement and import and export process to ensure high efficiency.Primary Job Responsibility:• Get lists of items to buy from other departments. Sort and define priority in order to ensure smooth production process and business in the company.• Finding the suppliers that are available in the market is capable of providing the right type, model and quality to suit the requirements. Understand the information and assess the competencies of the suppliers.• Combined with related departments to check the ability to meet the requirements of the product.• Make selections, compare orders and do the analysis needed to select the most suitable product. Negotiating prices, purchase contracts, terms of payment and delivery.• Combined with the logistics department to complete the necessary procedures for receiving goods.• Complaints and claims when there are defective products. Monitor the quantity and delivery schedule in accordance with the terms committed in the contract.
