Senior QA QC (Tester, Agile)

Seeking for Senior QA Analyst with a strong customer-oriented focus to oversee and elevate the quality assurance of our software solutions. This role will involve close collaboration with customers, understanding their requirements, developing high-quality test cases, and assisting with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure that our products meet and exceed their expectations.Key Responsibilities: Write and maintain high-quality, detailed test cases that align closely with customer needs and business requirements. Work directly with customers to understand their testing requirements, providing clear, reliable communication throughout the testing process. Guide and assist customers during UAT, ensuring smooth execution and providing expert support to address any questions or issues. Collaborate closely with development, product, and project teams to align on requirements and quality standards. Analyze and report defects and track the resolution of bugs, ensuring timely delivery of testing reports.
