- Contribute your viewpoints in production development
- Coordinate with the development team in creating an effective Test strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive manual test strategy, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality, usability, and performance, considering the project's timeline and priorities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing, incorporating them into the testing process and contributing ideas for process improvements and enhancements to the team's planning and execution strategies.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior testers, sharing knowledge and promoting best practices in manual testing techniques, helping them understand their roles in project planning and contributing to the team's success.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting and implementing process enhancements to optimize the overall software testing workflow and align with the team's planning and execution strategies.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- 5-7 years working as a Software QA
- Experience in web application testing, mobile testing
- Fundamental knowledge of test methods & processes
- Good at English (reading & writing)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to summarize and go straight to the point, proactive in communication
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- ISTQB certificate
- Strong skills and experience in API testing
- Have basic experience in automation testing tools such as Selenium, and Jmeter.
