Senior QC Engineer (QA QC, Tester, Automation)

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for web, mobile, and/or backend services.- Lead test strategy and planning, ensuring comprehensive coverage across functional, regression, performance, and integration testing.- Execute manual and exploratory testing when necessary to identify defects and edge cases not captured by automation.- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and quality goals.- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely feedback.- Analyze test results, track defects, and communicate quality risks effectively.- Drive adoption of continuous testing practices within CI/CD pipelines.- Mentor junior QCs and share best practices on automation, test design, and quality mindset.- Research and recommend new testing tools, frameworks, and methodologies to continuously improve QA efficiency and effectiveness.
