Senior QC Executive (Automation)

1. Education level Bachelor’s degree in computer science/ IT Bachelor‘s Degree in Non-Computer Sciences/Non-IT can be considered if earning excellent knowledge/ hands-on experience in software testing. 2. Knowledge & Experience 5+ years of experience in software testing (both manual and automation), with at least 3 years focused on automation for Web and API testing  Strong written English communication skills  Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, including test levels, test types, static testing, and dynamic testing  Proven ability to manage and execute testing activities across different phases of the software development life cycle  Hands-on experience with one or more automation frameworks/tools, such as: + Selenium WebDriver (Java) + Cypress/ Playwright+ Other custom or open-source automation frameworks  Capable of implementing and maintaining automated test scripts  Experience in developing and enhancing automation frameworks for improved scalability and maintainability  Able to work independently in cross-functional Agile teams  Adaptable to dynamic and fast-changing environments  Ability to collaborate with and coach developers to ensure high testability of features  Experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain  Knowledge of Performance Testing using tools like JMeter or k6  Experience working with Microservice-based architectures, including: + RESTful APIs + Event/message-driven systems + Logging/monitoring tools  Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes, such as: Jenkins, Docker, AWS, Azure 3. Technical skillsWe don’t expect you to know all of them, but experience with multiple is a strong advantage:+ Programming: Java, JavaScript/TypeScript (or similar object-oriented languages) + Cloud & Collaboration: Azure, Confluence + API Testing Tools: Postman, SoapUI + Frameworks & Tools: REST API testing, TestNG, Selenium, Cypress, Appium  Software Testing Certification is desired but not mandatory. Detailed and effective written communication skills for documenting the features tested and bugs found. Good command of written English is a big plus. 4. Soft skills Highly organized, detail oriented, extremely responsive, and able to prioritize many tasks. Self-motivated, works well independently and with others. Able to perform effectively & independently and mentor others in software testing. Ability to meet deadlines and deliver within our high demand environment.
