Working within the team to identify risks and create tests to mitigateReview user requirements documents to ensure that requirements are testable Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, new and regression test scripts, testing (defects) reports. Execute test responsibilities with minimal supervision, including test plan creation, test execution, debugging the detections and conducting testing reports. Provide testing estimates and participate in project planning. Learn new tools and technology to support test execution as needed. Ensure a positive end user experience for supported applications. Mentor and train junior QC staff, providing guidance and support as neededCollaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and promote best practicesCommunicate quality control results and findings to management and other stakeholders.
