Senior Quality Assurance

Develop, implement, and maintain QA processes and procedures Participate in software planning and design activities to ensure quality requirements are met Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure product quality and conformance to business requirements Identify defects and work with the development team to resolve issues Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software application testing is integrated and effective Lead and participate in continuous process improvement efforts to increase the quality and efficiency of testing processes Manage and maintain the testing environment and testing data Participate in training and mentoring for other members of the team
