Senior Quality Team Leader

Coherent Vietnam, a branch of Coherent Corp., a global leader in engineered materials and optoelectronic components, is a vertically integrated manufacturing company that develops products for applications in the industrial, optical communications, aerospace and defence, life sciences, semiconductor capital equipment and consumer markets.Coherent Vietnam is planning significant investments in the southern province of Dong Nai. We aim to develop high-tech projects in advanced optics and semiconductor (SiC) manufacturing. This initiative, located in Nhon Trach 1 Industrial Park, involves an investment capital of hundreds of millions of U.S. dollars and is set to begin operations by the end of 2024.BASIC FUNCTION OF THE JOB:• Responsible for Quality functions for designated manufacturing site. Escalation path for quality related risk assessments and decision making.• Maintain the system and continually improve its effectiveness to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.• Provide product and service that meets customer and applicable regulatory requirements to support our business.• Lead team to solve quality issues.1. PRODUCT QUALITY CONTROLLead various teams, includes but not limits to: QE, IPQC, Testing/Reliability, Green compliance, FAI.Ensure quality products and services delivered to customers with the most cost efficiency, fully customer satisfaction, and rule/ regulatory compliance.Understand sufficiently and correctly products, customer quality requirements.Coordinate with customers and Coherent oversea colleagues, and Handle customer complaint.Deploy quality management system and quality tools to ensure quality meet customer expectation.Respond quickly and accurately to customers.2.
