Objective/Expectation:We are seeking a highly experienced and committed Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the Commercial Manager in the quantity, cost and contract management of construction projects. The role requires close collaboration with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure the delivery of accurate quantity take-off, cost estimations, and contract compliance throughout the project lifecycle.2. Principal Duties & Accountabilities2.1 Quantity Take-off • Prepare quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) based on design drawings and specifications. • Perform re-measurements and ensure accurate quantity tracking for interim and final accounts. • Liaise with estimators during project hand-over and cost transfer processes.2.2 VO/VE Control (Variation Orders / Value Engineering) • Identify and analyze variations, prepare VO logs, and negotiate change orders with clients and subcontractors. • Assist in implementing Value Engineering exercises to optimize design and cost without compromising on quality or performance. • Maintain control of subcontractor accounts and minimize variation costs.2.3 Interim Payment • Prepare and review interim payment applications and certificates. • Evaluate subcontractor payment claims based on actual progress. • Liaise with client representatives for certification and arrange appropriate payments. • Monitor contract charges and ensure timely notifications to subcontractors.2.4 Contract Management & Cost Control • Manage procurement activities, including preparation of subcontract orders in line with company procedures and project schedules. • Assist in finalizing contractual terms and final account settlements with subcontractors and clients. • Perform cost planning and budget management throughout the project stages. • Conduct monthly cost/value reconciliation, forecast cash flows, and report to the Commercial Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Education: Degree in Quantity Surveying, or related fields• Experience: Minimum 5–6 years of experience in QS roles within construction, or building projects• Technical Skills: Proficient in cost estimation, BOQ, value engineering, tendering, variation management, and final account settlement• Software Proficiency: Microsoft Office; Auto CAD• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to explain financial reports and contractual issues clearly• Analytical Thinking: Strong numerical and analytical skills; attention to detail in cost tracking and forecasting• Time Management: Excellent organizational skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines• Team Collaboration: Able to work closely with commercial, finance, and site teams, fostering a collaborative working environment* Benefits:• Salary: Negotiation (depend on ability)• Full insurance coverage as per Vietnamese law.• Annual health check-ups, vacation benefits, and other allowances.• Annual salary review and increase.• 13th-month salary.• Provided with uniforms, labor protection, and equipment required for the job.• A cohesive, civilized, and professional working environment.
