Our banquet and catering division serve weddings, corporate events, seminars, conferences, private parties, and VIP functions with the highest level of professionalism and elegance.Job descriptionSenior Sales Executive is in charge of tasks related to advising on building business strategies, improving customer experience services and developing potential customers database with the goal of maintaining & growing business opportunities.Key Responsibilities:• Identify and develop new business opportunities in banquet and catering services.• Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to contract closing.• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.• Build strong relationships with client and corporate partners.• Coordinate with the Executive Chef on customized menu options.• Collaborate with the F&B, banquet operations team to ensure seamless execution of events.• Take proactive measures to prevent and resolve issues during event implementation, ensuring client satisfaction and service excellence.• Ensure excellent customer service by gathering feedback, resolving issues promptly, and providing professional, ongoing client support in coordination with internal teams.• Represent the brand at networking events, exhibitions, and corporate functions to enhance brand visibility and acquire new clients.
