1. Position summary:The Senior Sales Executive provides valuable advices to both parents and students Our ideal candidate is expected to work independently as well as in a team. He/she should possess relevant experience, leadership capabilities, academic and management skills necessary to complete his/her work with effectiveness and efficiency. He/she should possess good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Finally, he/she is expected to exercise sound judgments and maintain the company’s professional and ethical standards in all professional and business-related situations.2. Responsibilities and Duties- Key Responsibilities• Offer valuable advice to parents and students on choosing the right GPA Counseling and PathFinder programs that align with the student's goal, academic achievement and future pathway aspirations • Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets.• Build and maintain customer relations.• Cultivate and build relationships with schools and centres to expand our network.• Actively participate in the strategic planning of student recruitment initiatives, including the creation of KPIs and the tracking of goal progress.• Conduct market research to update competitors’ activities and deliver market insight and accurate recruitment forecasts through regular and detailed reports to the management team.• Cooperate with the Marketing and Academics team for events and projects.- Others• Create and maintain business opportunities by developing relations with external stakeholders and provide consultancy services and training if required.• Consolidate and report on a weekly, monthly basis or as requested by the line manager.• To undertake any other assignments as delegated by Line manager.3. Benefits:Compensation: ✔ Gross salary: at negotiation.✔ A year-end bonus equal to 13th month salary is offered at the end of the year should the division achieves revenue target ✔ Additional bonus depend on the KPI achievements and awarded at the discretion of the companyPerformance Review and Promotion:Two performance reviews will be conducted in a year and all salary adjustments and promotions are considered on an annual basis, unless candidates change jobs within the company.Annual and Sick LeaveAs a full-time employee, Senior Sales Executive is entitled to all statutory holidays as indicated by the Government of Vietnam, annual leave equal to twelfth (12) working days per year as well as sick leave equal to five (5) working days per year.Health and Social Insurance GPA Vietnam provides basic health and social insurance coverage for all of its full-time employees. It intends to comply with all government requirements concerning social security and payroll taxes, if such requirements exist.Other Benefits: According to Labor Law, company regulations and internal policies of GPA Vietnam.

4. Qualifications:- BA/MA Degree in related major.- At least 2 year of experience working in the similar position, priorities given to experienced candidates in the field of education.- Understanding of top global education system, especially Northern American higher education is a plus- Good at organizing and planning.- Fluent oral and written English- Dynamic, devoted and responsible
