1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client visits, sale-call trip.
2. Be responsible for sale target set out by upper levels.
3. Promote the property’s inventory, banquet facilities, and other services to potential customers.
4. Prepare sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
5. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events as needed.
6. Handle all incoming calls and emails related to room reservations.
7. Convert inquiries into confirmed reservations by effectively upselling room types, packages, and promotions to maximize revenue.
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all bookings using the hotel’s reservation system.
9. Manage TA, OTA, social channel and third party bookings. Ensure rate parity across channels.
10. Handle reservation modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
11. Respond to guest queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
12. Collaborate with the Front office, F&B, and revenue management teams to ensure seamless guest experience and occupancy targets.
13. Work closely with the finance department on group/event payments/invoicing.
