We are looking to recruit 1 Senior Sales Executive & 1 Senior Sales in the Plastic Industry• Identify, build, and develop customer networks• Sales and Marketing of all RevoSync’s products (Chemical additives for plastic production and hygiene products for distributors/users) based on customer needs and create customer needs.• Will be responsible for all Sales related activities, not limited, such as: product presentation, product testing at factories, follow up customers, negotiate, sales closing, support customers before and after sales• Provide support for new and existing customers.• Build and enhance a long-term customer relationship and provide good after-sales service.• Conduct periodic sales reports and market update reports.• Provide Strategic advice to executive management and lead your individual and team to achieve targets• Participate in training sessions, seminars, events and sales campaign when required.• Report to manager as required.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Preferred experience in selling chemicals for plastic industry.• Knowledge of resins, additives, compounds, engineering plastics is a strong advantage• Diploma or Degree with Sales/Mechanical/Chemical knowledge.• Driven and self-motivated; proactive & solution oriented; proactive mindset.• Strong desire to improve constantly.• Willing to visit customer factories on a regular basis.• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, negotiation and persuasion skills.• Able to speak and write Vietnamese, English or Chinese.• Technical and product training will be provided.Benefit:• Basic Salary, 12-30 million vnd.• Allowances + Sales Commission + Performance Bonus.• Career and income advancement opportunities• Training will be provided.• Full social insurance, health insurance, and paid leave as regulatedInterested candidates, please email us your resume in English, including details of work experience, qualifications, present and expected salaries, date available.
