Key Responsibilities
• Manage cluster sales activities and develop sales strategies.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue teams to create rate and promotion plans.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and expand the customer base.
• Lead and train the sales team to achieve targets.
• Prepare reports, contracts, proposals, and monitor sales performance.
• Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and attend trade shows.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitors.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in hospitality sales, including 2 years as Sales Manager.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Service-minded, detail-oriented, and result-driven.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel systems.
