Our client is a leading multinational company in the packaging industry, currently expanding its business in Vietnam market. We are seeking Senior Sales Management professionals/Head of Sales to drive and support business growth.
Location: Binh Duong, Vietnam
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customer partnerships while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.
- Deliver assigned sales revenue and account targets in line with approved budgets.
- Maintain regular contact with allocated customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term cooperation.
- Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, promptly addressing and resolving any issues.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales-related projects.
- Monitor and follow up on accounts receivable for assigned customers.
- Control finished goods inventory to ensure stock levels remain within approved limits.
- Work with sales leadership to implement customer outreach activities and market development plans.
- Collaborate with department heads and functional leaders to promote effective cross-functional teamwork.
- Support team members in achieving their development objectives in alignment with company goals.
- Drive team performance to meet defined targets for efficiency, quality, and customer service.
- Manage staff performance, including attendance, discipline, training requirements, and recognition.
- Coach, motivate, and encourage employees to perform at their best.
- Build team engagement, morale, and ongoing professional development.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable legal, environmental, and safety regulations.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar management role within the packaging
- Hands-on exposure to business analysis, sales, marketing, business development, or product management.
- Demonstrated ability in data analysis, team leadership, and customer service management.
- Strong commercial awareness with a self-motivated, results-oriented mindset.
- Customer-focused with a proven track record of improving client satisfaction.
- Capable of identifying and acting on opportunities to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Fluent in both English and the local language, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
