• Review and approve monthly/quarterly/yearly sales orders for each department.• Monitor and ensure sufficient inventory levels to meet business demands.• Develop and maintain a comprehensive checklist prior to vehicle entries from manufacturing.• Coordinate and oversee timely order placements and vehicle imports to maintain adequate stock for all vehicle lines.• Ensure adherence to trade regulations and facilitate smooth operations for temporary imports and exports.• Create and continuously update reports on global vehicle supply, including production numbers, inventory levels, and transit statuses.• Alert departments regarding potential shortages or excess supplies and coordinate with teams to resolve arising issues.• Update stakeholders on any changes to production plans, including adjustments to SOP dates, components, and options.• Propose necessary business adjustments and communicate new options to relevant teams, ensuring timely updates and adherence.• Manage the asset inventory for the global business unit, including creating asset codes for demo vehicles not managed by marketing.• Oversee the return process of non-sales vehicles according to management protocols.• Develop business reporting templates as required.• Manage departmental budget and assist in financial oversight and personnel management within the team.• Perform general administrative tasks and issue necessary documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.• 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, network development, or dealer management, preferably in the automotive• Proven track record in managing dealer networks, sales targets, and performance evaluation.• Understanding of market trends, sales metrics, and customer behaviors within the automotive sector.• Experience in planning and executing sales strategies and dealer development programs.• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.• Proficient in data management and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Excel, ERP systems).• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple tasks effectively.
