• Acquires a thorough working knowledge of products and applications as well as develops all necessary professional selling skills.• Maintains and develops relationship efficiently with customers, provides them with commercial and technical services as well as promotes goodwill of the organization to achieve target (KPI) in grow the business, up selling, cross selling and new win for projects.• Identifies key customers and keeps the up-to-date records (contact, data, projects…) of all current customers and prospective customers.• Plans the itinerary and customers’ visits and reports in advance to supervisor/manager on a weekly basis. • Good at understanding knowledge of functional ingredient and develop formulation for milk powder. Especially to be confident on explanation, presenting and convince customers to apply the ingredients. • Responds to all customers’ problems on products, delivery, documents, etc.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Food ChemicalsExperience: At least 2 years’ sales experience for functional ingredients in dairy and beverage applicationAge: 25 years and up, Either male or femaleOthers: as follows• Fluent in English (verbal and written).• Have good knowledge and experience in developing functional ingredient in dairy and beverage application.• Good in presentation, explanation and persuasion skill.
