- Design and develop client’s applications on the ServiceNow platform.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using APIs and web services.
- Develop and maintain workflows, forms, and user interfaces within ServiceNow.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform and custom applications.
- Maintain technical documentation for solutions developed.
- Stay current with ServiceNow updates and new releases, ensuring our implementations leverage the latest features and capabilities.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing applications on the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Script Includes.
- Experience with CSM and App Engine
- Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Good communication at English: verbal and written
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified System Administrator) are highly desirable.experience
