You will collaborate with Product Manager, Engineer Leaders, and cross-functional teams to build innovative features that enhance user experience and deliver measurable business value.In this role, you will be responsible for developing scalable, high-performance solutions that cater to the evolving needs of our customers. You will proactively identify and resolve challenges, leveraging collaboration with peers when necessary. You are expected to operate with minimal oversight, breaking complex problems into manageable tasks and efficiently delivering high-quality solutions.You possess strong decision-making skills, knowing when to write code, when to refactor and when to challenge existing assumptions to ensure the best outcomes for both users and the business. RESPONSIBILITIES Day to Day Responsibilities
Write and review code from the sprint backlog, adhering to frontend guild best practices and ensuring high-quality implementation.
Drive sprint execution within the team, ensuring timelines are met without compromising quality.
Proactively identify and communicate blockers or potential delays, ensuring timely resolutions before escalation is needed.
Technical Responsibilities
Consistently write production-ready, maintainable code that is testable, well-documented and accounts for edge cases and errors.
Provide technical guidance and contribute to discussions and decisions that impact the team and broader product architecture.
Set realistic commitments, prioritise tasks effectively and deliver high-quality work on time.
Communication & Leadership Responsibilities
Effectively communicate within the team in a clear, concise manner, both in written and verbal form, across technical and non-technical topics.
Support team members by helping resolve blockers, sharing insights, and ensuring smooth collaboration.
Mentor junior engineers, fostering an open, respectful and supportive learning environment that encourages professional growth.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 6 years of experience in the Software industry, with a strong focus on front-end development.
Expertise in React.js development frameworks, with hands-on experience building scalable, high-performance web applications.
Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, with a deep understanding of front-end architecture, component-based design, and state management (e.g., Redux, Context API).
Familiarity with AngularJS (Angular 1), with experience in maintaining or migrating legacy front-end applications.
Experience integrating front-end applications with APIs, including RESTful services and GraphQL.
Familiarity with UI/UX best practices, responsive design principles, and accessibility standards.
Strong problem-solving mindset, with a passion for writing clean, maintainable, and well-structured code.
Collaborative and proactive approach, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, provide constructive feedback, and continuously improve development processes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Experience in Salesforce (SFDC) development with a solid understanding of Salesforce CRM capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and products, applying acquired skills effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with a passion for continuous learning and technical growth.
Ability to present and demo technical solutions, effectively communicating complex ideas to various audiences.
Experience with the Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence, and Service Desk) is a plus.
