The team is composed of diverse professionals, including data analysts, full-stack engineers, problem solvers, and innovators.Get to Know the RoleWe are seeking a talented and innovative Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack to join Automation Platform team . As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly web applications. You will report to the Regional BPA - Automation Platform Manager and will work onsite at Grab office, CMC Creative Space, D7, HCMC.The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
Design, develop and maintain microservices in Automation Platform
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for both front-end and back-end components
Work with product managers and designers to translate user needs into functional, scalable solutions
Optimize application performance and ensure user experiences
Implement security and data protection measures
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
Write technical documentation to guide future development and maintenance

What Essential Skills You Will Need
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 4 years of professional software development experience
Knowledge of and experience working in front-end and back-end programming languages (Javascript, HTML, CSS, NodeJS, VueJS..).
Computer science fundamentals, including algorithms and data structures
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL)
Knowledge of web services and RESTful API design
Experience with version control systems, preferably Git
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure)
Open-source project contributions are highly valued
