Senior Software Engineer (Go/Python) - AI Application

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Efficiency Enablement team and build impactful software features that improve system efficiency, automation, and intelligent workflows across the product. In this role, you will design and implement backend services that operate at scale and integrate with distributed systems. The work requires strong engineering fundamentals, ownership of production systems, and close collaboration with product and cross-functional teams. Experience working with LLMs, embeddings, or AI service integrations is a strong plus. ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable backend servicesBuild product features that interact with distributed systems and high-throughput data pipelinesDesign and operate event-driven architecturesDesign, implement, and optimize data access across relational, vector, and graph databases, ensuring data correctness, performance, and scalability in production environmentsCollaborate closely with product managers, frontend engineers, and other teams to deliver end-to-end featuresMake sound technical decisions around scalability, reliability, and performanceWrite clean, maintainable, and well-tested codeMonitor production systems, investigate incidents, and continuously improve system robustnessParticipate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and knowledge sharingResearch, prototype, and implement AI features
