• Entities and Fields: Configure custom entities and fields to capture and store specific data, define field types, data validation rules, and relationships between entities.
• Forms: Customize entity forms to modify the layout, visibility, and behavior of fields on screens, add, remove, or rearrange fields, create tabs or sections, and apply conditional formatting based on specific criteria.
• Views: Customize system and personal views to display data in a specific format, define column layout, sorting, filtering, and advanced find options to suit client’s data retrieval needs.
• Business Process Flows: Create and configure business process flows to guide users through specific stages and steps for various business processes to reflect client’s unique workflows.
• Workflows: Configure workflows to automate business processes and define rules and actions based on specific conditions. Workflows can trigger actions such as sending emails, updating records, creating tasks, or initiating approvals.
• Business Rules: Define business rules to set up if-then logic to control the behavior of fields and forms to enforce data validation and implement simple logical conditions without the need for custom code.
• Security Roles and Permissions: Configure security roles to control user access and permissions within Dynamics 365, assign roles to users, define their privileges, and restrict access to entities, fields, or specific actions.
• Dashboards and Reports: Customize dashboards and create reports to visualize data and track key performance indicators, design dashboards with charts, lists, and grids that provide real-time insights into client’s business.
• Email Templates and Campaigns: Customize email templates for consistent branding and messaging in marketing campaigns. Configure campaign settings, target segments, and automated actions within Dynamics 365 Marketing.
