Senior SRE Manager

Oversee the management and strategic analysis of service platforms and supporting infrastructure/tools, ensuring operational excellence and scalability:a. Lead the design, implementation, and operation of application infrastructure systems across both on-premises and cloud (GCP) environments, including but not limited to:• VSN, OTT platforms• Storage, Transcoding, LiveTV, Live Streaming• Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.b. Drive the integration and operation of Storage systems and Multi–CDN architectures to ensure high availability and performance.c. Establish and maintain comprehensive monitoring frameworks for system operations, performance optimization, reliability, and proactive incident detection.d. Ensure a seamless and reliable transition from on-premises infrastructure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with minimal disruption to ongoing operations. System Operations and R&D for Continuous Improvement:a. Develop and maintain automation tools to optimize workflows and reduce manual effort for the product engineering teams.b. Monitor and ensure 24/7 system availability, reliability, and performance across all services.c. Regularly upgrade and enhance products, services, and infrastructure systems to maintain operational excellence.d. Proactively manage risks and lead incident response and remediation efforts in the event of system failures.e. Conduct research and propose innovative solutions to minimize potential risks and reduce system errors.
