Position OverviewManage supplier quality end to end process including quality audits, quality planning, part qualification, problem solving and performance improvement.You are responsible for• Perform supplier evaluation and quality audits.• Lead Supplier Part Approval Process.• Work with suppliers to develop robust process control plan.• Solve supplier quality issues to avoid impact on Supply Chain and Product Quality.• Set up quality targets and monitor supplier quality performance.• Lead Supplier Quality Improvement Programs.• Establish relationship with suppliers and drive continuous improvement.• Initiate and follow-up on corrective actions and verify effectiveness on-site.• Accomplish other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.• Minimum 5 years’ experience in supplier quality management.• Be familiar with Electronics manufacturing processes such as PCBA.• Be familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and MSA.• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese is required; Mandarin must be at business level (HSK 4–6 or equivalent)..• Strong communication skills in a global company environment.• Self-motivated.• Able to travel 30% of the working time in Hanoi and across Southeast Asian countries
