Your responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled System Administrator Specialist that will be part of our Corporate IT, VN team with deep expertise in Windows 11, Azure (including EntraID, Intune MDM & MAM, BitLocker, Autopilot), and client hardware management (Dell & HP).
You will play a critical role in the full lifecycle management of our global staff’s endpoint devices (+2,000 workplaces), including Windows 11, macOS, and mobile services. Your primary focus will be leveraging Microsoft Azure Intune to deploy, manage, and secure these devices while ensuring operational excellence and innovation in workstation services. You work with Level 2 Experts to develop strategies, standards, IT skill sets and infrastructure directions.
Your mission includes delivering professional and timely services in relation with all office IT-infrastructure.

Your qualifications
7+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in relevant technologies at L2/L3 support levels.
Proven expertise in Microsoft Intune for endpoint management, including OSD, application deployment, and security updates.
Strong knowledge of Windows 11, macOS, and mobile device management in a global environment. Also familiar of software/OS deployments, updates management, asset intelligence, and desired configuration management, as well as hands-on experience with tools like KACE and BitLocker infrastructure
Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policies, and antivirus console management.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and task management
The offer covers working Shift-time (Support Group wide in Swiss timezone)

Nice to have
Certifications such as Microsoft Certified Intune and Azure Administrator Associate or equivalent
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.
Ability to design efficient processes and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules, and priorities
Proven ability to mentor and provide technical guidance to team members
Strong commitment to quality and process improvement using ITIL best practices
