- Fill vacancies in a timely manner.
- Controlling human resources to ensure that the recruitment of personnel is within the approved staffing budget.
- Create and publish job ads/ job posting on various channels including social media such as LinkedIn, Facebook, etc. Build talents pool and network with potential candidates proactively.
- Screen CVs and conduct prescreen interview to analyze candidate experience and fit, as well as do a reference check within the network if possible.
- Support the hiring manager during the recruitment process. Cooperate with hiring managers to review the job description, advise interviewing techniques, conduct interviews, give recommendations and evaluate candidates, till hiring managers make the final decision.
- Negotiate offers within the budget. Prepare back-up plan.
- Close hiring process: update status, follow up with candidates, and create a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Host and participate in job fairs, and networking events, use social media, etc. to attract more talents, improve company branding and strengthen employer branding.
- Make report of hiring plans on monthly basic.
- Cooperating with Marketing to create sources and develop Highgate's employer branding on social networks Facebook, Website and Linkedin...
- Prepare working tools and equipment for new employees: email, computer, stationary...
- Perform interactive work to monitor and support candidates during their probation time. Follow up new employee probation evaluation to have back-up plan.
- Creating and managing Job Description library
- Draw and update new personnel to Organization Chart (using Visio software) when there is a change
- Conduct orientation and on-boarding paperwork to new employees on their starting date.
- Other tasks assigned by Head of HR
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- 1-3 years experience as Talent Acquisition/ Recruiter in services industry: F&B/ Hospitality/ Property Management
- Advanced fluency in English & good computer skills
- Bachelor's degree in related major
- Ability to listen, understand, communicate and negotiate persuasion effectively
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a team environment
- Well planning, multitasking ability
- Working time: Monday to Friday (8am-6pm)
