- Manage the full life cycle of the recruitment process from sourcing to offer, and provide an efficient report
- Using standardized screening techniques, assess the skills, qualifications, and experience of potential candidates
- Develop creative ways for addressing talent acquisition challenges, suggest new ideas to improve talent acquisition activities
- Manage onboarding process, contribute to improving employee experience
- Support the departments as needed

- University graduated: Business Administration, Marketing, English, etc
- 5 year experience in Talent Acquisition
- Good command in English
