Senior Test Engineer

PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:Spartronics Viet Nam is seeking a highly skilled Sr. Test Engineer to join our team in the production of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA) and Box-build for electronic products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the test of our PCBA/ Box-build products meets or exceeds customer requirements and industry standards related to testing.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Perform routine assignments in support of supervisor/manager.- Follow up the daily production testing and represent customers to ensure product quality.- Develop and optimize test strategies and methodologies for complex electronic products.- Design and implement test plans and test cases.- Handle troubleshooting and repairing returned products from customers. (RMA/Rework Service).- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure test coverage and alignment with product specifications.- Ensure the equipment is properly tested, calibrated, and certified according to the corresponding procedures.- Troubleshoot and debug test failures and provide solutions.- Participate in Root Cause Analysis when repetitive failure of products occurs, or failure under warranty.- Continuously improve test processes and efficiency.- Perform other related duties as designed.
