We are currently looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our growing design team in Hanoi.Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences
Design end-to-end UX flows and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma
Create wireframes, user journey maps, and interactive prototypes
Ensure design consistency and usability across all platforms (web & mobile)
Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze user feedback to improve the product
Present design ideas and rationale to team members and stakeholders
Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI component libraries
Stay up-to-date with current design trends and tools
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate within a cross-functional team

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
At least 5 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications
Proficiency in Figma is mandatory (design system, prototyping, team libraries, etc.)
Experience in other major design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking, visual design, and problem-solving skills
Experience with responsive design and accessibility best practices
Solid understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and interaction
Ability to deliver clean, organized, and developer-friendly design assets
Good communication skills in English (verbal and written) are a strong plus
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development teams is preferred
Familiarity with design hand-off tools and collaboration with developers (e.g., Zeplin, Figma Dev Mode)
