Senior Unity Developer (Playable Ads)

We’re seeking an experienced and driven Senior Unity Developer to lead the creation of high-performance playable ads. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and product teams to develop engaging and optimized interactive ad experiences. You’ll take ownership of the technical process—from architecture and code quality to performance tuning across platforms—while mentoring junior developers and contributing to process improvements. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, has deep Unity expertise, and is passionate about building visually compelling and technically robust interactive content.Responsibilities Lead the development of interactive playable ads using Unity Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to understand requirements and ensure successful ad delivery Analyze, debug, and resolve performance and usability issues across multiple platforms Review and improve existing codebases; ensure best practices in architecture, quality, and optimization Guide and mentor junior developers; provide code reviews and technical direction Share technical knowledge and proactively contribute to team growth and process improvements RequirementsTechnical Skills: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Unity and C# Deep understanding of Unity’s rendering pipeline, asset optimization, and performance tuning Experience with Git Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Experience with the Luna Playable Ads Framework (lunalabs.io) is required Experience shipping playable ads at scale Nice to Have: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field Experience optimizing assets in Unity Background in the gaming industry Ability to follow instructions and work independently, as well as effectively in a team Who We’re Looking For: Someone who is self-disciplined A reliable and cooperative team player Someone who strives for high-quality work A quick learner who is open to adopting new technologies Benefits Salary is competitive & 13th month salary.
