• Actively identify, approach, and acquire large Chinese brands to distribute their products on E-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Tiki, TikTok Shop…).• Arrange and conduct high-level business meetings and presentations for potential Chinese brand partners.• Lead negotiations of contract terms and structure deals with the objective of maximizing sales profits and ensuring sustainable partnerships.• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Operations, Marketing, Finance, Tech, etc.) to provide solutions and support for potential Chinese brands.• Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with executive decision-makers at targeted Chinese brands.• Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring knowledge transfer and development of hunting best practices.

Education background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, International Trade, or related fields.Experience/Industry requirements:• Lead Level: Minimum 5 years of proven sales or business development experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.• Strong background in hunting/expanding new business, ideally with international or cross-border brands.• Demonstrated success in consistently closing deals and generating revenue from new brand acquisitions.• Proven record of high-level negotiations and strong internal/external relationship management.• Experience in e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, etc.) is highly preferred.Language skills:• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) – both written and spoken (mandatory).• Proficient in English (oral and written).Other requirements:• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.• High attention to detail and strong follow-through.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.Competency requirements:• Analysis & Problem Solving: Ability to isolate key issues, analyze data, and propose practical solutions.• Client Centricity: Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-focused solutions.• Communication: Confident, professional communicator, gaining trust from both external partners and internal stakeholders.• Accountability & Ownership: Strong planning and execution skills, able to balance multiple tasks and meet deadlines with minimal disruption.• Leadership: Ability to coach, mentor, and lead team members to deliver hunting goals effectively.Benefits• Salary: Negotiable• Phone allowances• Full salary in probation• Tet, performance bonus• Premium Health Insurance• Full insurance package• 15 Annual Leave + 3 Sick Leave• Work from home: 1 day/week• Laptop provided
